Announcement of Company Merger into Forbis

We are pleased to announce that in June 2025 UAB Fininbox has been merged into UAB Forbis as part of our ongoing strategy to strengthen and optimize the Forbis Group.

Following the reorganization, UAB Forbis continues operating under its existing name, with Fininbox team functioning as a dedicated structural unit within the company. All assets, rights and obligations have been seamlessly transferred to UAB Forbis, ensuring uninterrupted continuity of services and partnerships.

This step has been carefully considered to enhance operational efficiency we are confident that this integration enables Forbis to better utilize resources, improve service delivery, and create additional value for our clients and partners.
